I was there [protected] and sat at the bar at the opening where the bartenders enter, in the evening around 8:15 or so. Once there, there was still the mess from whomever was previously sitting there, which did not get cleaned up until after one half hour passed and I had to mention it to the black bartender who had just come on. The fact that this is not the first time I have come into this restaurant like this, is horrible because why is the bar not cleaned in the are after the patron has left? I also noticed the same two bartenders who does not acknowledge the customer, unless it’s of their own kind, just look you in your face and don’t even acknowledge you are there with a “I’ll be right with you”. The colored hair bar tender needs to do more than just pull slips from the register to make drinks. I watched her do that and other petty bs, than help myself and another who came in after me and waited. The service is horrible and they need training. I also was told by the black bald-headed bartender my order would be on him because I was angry and waited for such a long time. that when it was time to go, I paid for my order as he lied. This place is a joke and the manager is just as bad as they all assumed I was with the person I sat next to. Don’t assume, ask. They knew I was not there before I came and sat down. I am very dark skinned and can’t be forgotten or missed. I want my $32 dollars back for that sloppy service.

During my visit on Saturday the waiter, Lance M., Was very unwelcoming. He did not provide his name upon coming to the table to place the order plus he seem to be not wanting to be at work. This was 11:30 AM Saturday. During the dining when placing the order I asked for conch fitters And Bahama breeze cocktail. When bringing the conch fritters, they were burnt and I asked if another batch could be served. He said no he was very rude and when receiving the bill he had another order on the receipt which was incorrect he informed me and just provided me the difference when I asked for a new receipt he said it’s not necessary . I really wanted to have a nice afternoon however he spoiled it and never thanked me for dining with them or actually even came back to check on if things were OK.

The manager was extremely rude and suggested I take my food and go. Food was good but the manager was very unprofessional. He did not communicate with his staff. It turned a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, into a horrible experience. I am delayed at the airport and wanted to make the most of my experience, however this guy just soured my entire mood. I didn’t get his name. I know he is a manager and I’m so disappointed. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but he was so rude when he spoke to me. I feel really bad about the situation in fact I’m pissed. What gives you the right to talk to anyone like that. Not nice and I Will never return and tell all of my friends to dine with caution. My waitress Sara although was awesome.

My name is Marcia Williams. I used the online service to make a reservation weeks before the event, for a party of 7-10 guest for a SURPRISE baby shower. I received confirmation for my reservation via a phone call soon after. I called the day before my event and was verbally told that everything was in order. I arrived the next day 30min ahead of time. I was told to give them a few minutes while they prepared the space. Everyone seemed to be unorganized and unsure about my reservation. 15 minutes later I was still sitting in the lobby and my guests were starting to arrive. I asked again and was told that they were getting the space ready. Another 10 minutes later the manager came out to me and my guests who had arrived and told me that another family was sitting in the reserved area and it would be a 45 minutes wait. The guest of honor was about to arrive so I told her that was not an option (again it was supposed to be a surprise). I told the manager I had a reservation. She told me that Bahama Breeze did not take reservations. She acted like it was my fault and she was trying to “make it work for me” At that point I didn’t have time, the SURPRISE was going to be ruined. I agreed to a table inside. This took another 15-20 minutes to prepare. The guest of honor had arrived and to make a long story short the SURPRISE did not go as planned. I was very disappointed by the way the manager handled the situation, her unprofessional demeanor and the way she made it my problem was unacceptable. I don’t recall her name but I’m sure you can look up who was on duty on April 27th, 2019 at the Barrett Pwy location. My reservation was for 4:30pm. Needless to say I will not be back to your establishment and your “reservation” process online is a joke. By the was or server Duncan was wonderful (notice how I remembered his name?)

Placed a to go order, was told to come within 30 minutes, got there and 45 minutes later still no food, went inside was told they were packing it they will bring it to the car. 15 minutes later nothing. One waitress came to bring food, asked her what was going on with the food, had the worst attitude after making us wait 53 minutes on top of the 30 minutes. So I said you know what just refund the money and left. Never go back again. If you are busy just apologized which is simple and customer service 101.
