Ordered a filter from www.backyardpoolsuperstore.com and received the wrong one. Then I contacted BackyardPoolSuperstore customer service and asked for a replacement. They said they’ll send one right away. So I paid for the return shipping and sent the incorrect one back.
One week passed and I decided to contact them again to ask where the replacement filter was and when will it arrive. Their rep said that I need to be more patient and said that filter will be here any time soon. Gave them another weeks and still nothing. When I contacted BackyardPoolSuperstore again, they said the same thing.

We have a child, and she started to walk recently. And we had the pool, which needed to be covered, because our infant was too active and could fall into this pool. We placed the order and paid for it, but the seller provided fault size of cover. We waited several weeks, and finally they told us that it was out of stock. They told us to wait and vanished with our money. I don’t know how to find them. Please leave comments and share your views about this website. Thanks.
