BackyardPoolSuperstore – Poor service quality

Ordered a filter from and received the wrong one. Then I contacted BackyardPoolSuperstore customer service and asked for a replacement. They said they’ll send one right away. So I paid for the return shipping and sent the incorrect one back.
One week passed and I decided to contact them again to ask where the replacement filter was and when will it arrive. Their rep said that I need to be more patient and said that filter will be here any time soon. Gave them another weeks and still nothing. When I contacted BackyardPoolSuperstore again, they said the same thing.
