The order status says “Order Received”.
All the phone numbers on the website and in the Contact Us section do not work.
No email response from customer service.

I would like my money refunded ASAP.

The money from the order was deducted from my account same day but have not seen any progress since. I fear this was a fraud company and now after reading more into it, there are others who have had similar experiences.

I would like a response from some one please.

I ordered a large telescopic wooden handle with massager back scratcher on 12/12/2018, order number 30592.

I printed out the “thank you” from the company that my order and credit card information had been received. To date I have not received the back scratcher, there is no notice on my credit card statement that the charge was put through, and my attempts to contact Backscratcherworld by the listed phone numbers and email addresses have been unsuccessful.

Please cancel my order and refund the charge to my credit card. Also, send me an email notice that this has been done.

This company sells nothing but back scratchers, which are not an easy product to find. Unfortunately, their "telescopic" back scratcher, while very nice, only lasts for awhile, falling apart at the telescopic links. I wanted something that would last for years, and I was willing to pay the reasonable price plus shipping (high!), but not if the product falls apart after six months. Don' waste your money — do like bears do, and scratch your back against a tree!
