This was such a horrible experience!! I really thought I would have a good experience with this company, and was happy that the tracking method was available and indicated my package was delivered! However, I never saw my package and was so concerned about my best friends party being ruined! I called customer service to see how they could help me, and the customer service representative completely negated my problem and refused to help a paying customer!!! He blamed me, the customer, for the fact that the package did not arrive!!! What a horrible way to conduct business when the customer just needs assistance!! I woo be aure to tell all my girlfriends to go elsewhere no matter what as this is the worst experience with a business I have ever encountered!!
