Bought 2 Balance-xtreme bracelets at a stall in Green acres mall valley stream NY and when I went to their web site, it asked to enter a unique security code number which should be found in the bracelet or the package to make sure that the bracelets are genuine. There was no such numbers in the Bracelets. So I called the only USA distribution center in Florida from their web site and after listening to my concern they said that the bracelets are fake and These bracelets could be bought only through their web site and no one else can sell these in a store or stalls in a mall. When I went back to the stall at the Green acres mall and showed the print outs of the original web site they said that they don’t know anything about the number and refused to refund back the $50.00 I paid for the two bracelets. I also made a complaint at the mall management.
