I took the decision to subscribe to badoo yesterday and used my bank card to pay for a monthly one £18.99. Today, having checked my online banking I saw a second transaction that I never authorised £29.99!! I’m very disappointed with your service, as I trusted you my bank details and I have regretted I did a subscription with you! I expect nothing less than a full refund please!!!
