Today I wanted to buy premium for a week but badoo automatically chose the ‘premium forever’ option and I was charged a considerable amount of money from the account which I did not intend to pay. I wrote to your technical support with this problem but they do not want to help me although I used the application after buying it only for check if I can cancel it somehow, please help.
