I went in to pay my account off. The staff member gave me the wrong payoff. I received the bill in the mail saying I still owe them some money. This process of them supposedly communicating back and forth to the credit center over two weeks Then the manager just got tired of my request of them to find out what happened and if so I have a bill they should be here responsible just like myself since they made an error and they should pay half and I pay half of $125. Instead of returning my calls Angie just disregarded them as if I wasn’t important. Then the owner told me he has other businesses to take care of the reason why he didn’t call me back in a timely manner. Customers are just not important to this location.

I had toothache all this weekend and switch my phone on this morning to say my account has been blocked. I had my current account for a few years with no problems. I had a few active chats going on as well and in not a single one of those was i rude, offensive or threatening. I never send inappropriate pictures. If somebody has made a false allegation it shouldn’t punishment. Moderators should ask for screenshot or evidence as proof. My email account is [protected]@outlook.com. I was banned on 5/5/2021 for being or inappropriate which I never was. I ask if they could explain what they meant and be more specific with the violation and they said they could not and I was banned and I would not be eligible for any refunds. Badoo is ridiculous. They are a scam application built to take people’s money and should be shut down immediately. They actually took away features that were free such as the ablilty to see if someone read your messages and turned that into a pay feature. EVERYTHING in the APP is a SCAM AIMED TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I have received a debit of $24.99 from CA SAN FRANCISCO, BADOO 50 CALIFORNIA ST 1 from my account

I have absolutely no idea what or who this is and have never contacted this company, downloaded this app or subscribed to anything on it. I believe it to be fraudulent charges. Please advise with any information you have regarding this or where this may be traced to to find source so this issue can be immediately rectified.

Why has my account been blocked? Some girl posted a picture with her tits out “you could see her nipples” in almost every picture she had she was bending over with her [censored] out. So I says to her you look like you want to [censored]. How is that offensive? It is inconsidering to allow users to block and report the user without using any vulgar or offensive and block my account due to that with a proper procedure to follow. I Arnesha Eppinger went to badcock furniture store in conyers Ga on 04/12/2021 placed a order for a washer and dryer, 2 Gary night stands My husband placed a different order for tv console never did Mr.James say that it was in back order he said that my items will be delivered on 05/01/2021 now on 04/29/2021 every item that I place is not in stock not only that mr.James did not put the 2 gray night stands on my order and I have to pay a additional $47 after I have already paid $258 deposit towards my order instead of putting it all together very poor customer service he does not know how to communicate as a manager

Purchased a Leather Sofa with a five year protection plan in 2/23/2018.

The left side of the sofa is worn by area of the Head. Which has faded leaving a 3″ spot on the sofa.

Not cover under protection plan. If we new this we would have never purchased the sofa and warranty.

I notice on other complaint Bears had sent repairmen out to other customers locations not me?
