I’m afraid I won’t recommend BabyBoo Fashion to my worst enemy. My teenager daughter decided to buy a dress from this online retailer apparently based in Australia. It arrived late and had to sent it back paying £10 as they don’t cover returns! I’m still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is a disgrace. Particularly a woman called Lauren who is very rude. I would certainly keep away from this shop! I have lost a about £110 including the cost of the goods plus the postage… I find it hard to believe that this is a “fashion start-up” as they pretend to be… No start-up will treat their clients like this…

I rented and apartment unit at the Sandown for my elderly parents when we moved for Johannesburg to Cape Town. When we left the handover inspection was done and Ruben mentioned that the vanity in the second bathroom was damaged to which I told him was impossible as we didn’t use the second bathroom and that it was always that way. After having to follow up on my deposit refund a month later, they deducted R6000 for a new vanity which I complained about and asked for before and after pics. They have not sent me my complete report and are holding my full deposit ransom unit I accept the charges

Balwin Properties – Water line

When Baldwin built our home they ran the waterline into another lot. Now that lot is in the building phase and cut our waterline while digging for the foundation. Baldwin did not run out waterline on our property. Called to ask them to come and look to find out a fix on how to proceed. They will not even come out to look at it and was told I can file a lawsuit. Would not allow me to talk to a supervisor. This is not the first issue we have had. At the 1 year inspection they gave us supplies and 60 dollars and asked us to fix the issues ourselves. They are not customer friendly and do not follow through on their responsibilities.

Badcock & More – Washer/Dryer Purchase

I purchased a washer/dryer set with financing from the Badcock location in Palatka, Florida. The dryer they delivered has not worked since they delivered it. I’ve checked my outlet and it’s fine ~ the issue is definitely the dryer. I called the store THE DAY AFTER DELIVERY to request a new dryer be brought out; I do not feel I should have to accept a broken appliance. They refused to replace the dryer. It’s been almost three weeks now and I’ve left numerous messages (they don’t answer my calls) relaying days/times I would be home. Nobody has ever called me back or come to my home to get this issue corrected. I just wanted them to replace the faulty dryer (I don’t want a dryer that they send someone out to repair ~ I want it WORKING from DAY ONE.) If that’s not something the store can do, they need to cancel this purchase and I’ll go to another dealer to get what I need. As it stands, I have no option but to pay the payment coming due or it will ruin my credit; Badcock Palatka has caused the company to lose a customer who has spent and was planning on spending a LOT of money with them…I will NOT be returning in the future.

During my visit on Saturday the waiter, Lance M., Was very unwelcoming. He did not provide his name upon coming to the table to place the order plus he seem to be not wanting to be at work. This was 11:30 AM Saturday. During the dining when placing the order I asked for conch fitters And Bahama breeze cocktail. When bringing the conch fritters, they were burnt and I asked if another batch could be served. He said no he was very rude and when receiving the bill he had another order on the receipt which was incorrect he informed me and just provided me the difference when I asked for a new receipt he said it’s not necessary . I really wanted to have a nice afternoon however he spoiled it and never thanked me for dining with them or actually even came back to check on if things were OK.

After 3 deliveries my Lexington bed is damage every time a different one is sent it comes with a different kind of damage. I paid over $6000.00 for the set. Customer service is horrible they leave you on hold for a long time and when they finally answer they have attitudes like your asking for favors. I’m very disappointed with Baers . Don’t buy from them. I’ve gone to cheaper furniture stores and never have such problems.

I cancelled this Subscription on May 21, 2021. and you are STILL taking money out of my account. I went into settings on my iPhone clicked on subscriptions and cancelled it. It says, “Canceled.” I was very unhappy with the results and only wanted to subscribe for a month! I am putting a stop on my account. I expect you to return the $13.99 you extracted from my account from this month. Since I was under the impression it was canceled, I never went back on the site. Please respond.
