I had given a deposit of 750 aed and upon washing the car (as per policy), i went to the office before 1pm. The staff had a meeting and nobody to attend me to take the car. I waited and they deducted 210 aed from the deposit (which I received after 1.5 months) for “late delivery of the vehicle”. I advised to check the cctv or the car wash receipt. No response from the company. I complained in DED, they said nothing can be done as cctv cant be accessed by them and the car wash receipt can have an older time.
