I opened an account with badoo with the email address s.[protected]@gmail.com. I verified it, I became a premium member, I bought credits and Badoo decided to close my account after a few hours. I understand they can do that but I asked for an explanation and the only thing they said is that I broke their terms and conditions, no evidence, no proof nothing. I said to them that if they want to close my account without any reasons they can do that but I want to be refunded the money I spent on their website for nothing. As far as I’m aware I didn’t do anything wrong, they closed my account after I spent money on it that sounds like a scam. I don’t care if they keep my account closed, I want a refund.
